Every summer, Louis Lai & Luk offers university students internship opportunities in a variety of disciplines, including Business Development, Company Secretarial and Accounting and Audit services. As an intern in LLL, you will be given the chance to take contribute to projects and learn from real life business cases.

We welcome both local and overseas students.

Experienced leaders looking to engage in client development, mentorship for junior staff and managing the development of a growing practice are welcome to join us as Managers. Graduate Audit Associates will be assigned to an experienced team leader who will guide you in your first months on the job. You will learn how to effectively understand a client’s business, identify areas of risk and ask important questions. We expect you to grow into your role quickly and your team leaders will provide the training you need to work independently.

As a HKICPA authorised employer, we can sign off on your work experience in your path towards qualifying as a Certified Public Accountant. Audit staff are eligible for exam and study leave.

Ambitious and high-performing audit staff can expect to progress through their years with us.

This is a new role in our fast-developing Corporate Services department at Louis Lai &Luk. Management Trainees will be handling wide-ranging client projects as well as internal management initiatives which require communication and critical thinking skills. Other than routine work, Management Trainees will be assigned special research tasks to broaden their business knowledge. Whilst intense, the programme is highly rewarding for graduates seeking a challenge and gaining a foothold in the fast-changing world of business.

Management Trainees have the opportunity to either specialise in one area of Corporate Services or progress as a generalist to a management role.
