About Louis Lai & Luk
Louis Lai and Luk was established in Hong Kong in 1983. We are an Authorised Employer of the HKICPA.
With a team of 40 professional staff and a wealth of experience, we provide a full spectrum of professional services including assurance, accounting, company secretarial, taxation and business consulting.
Louis Lai & Luk is established in Hong Kong, the international hub for international trading and finance. In addition to our local expertise, our extensive global network is essential to our ability to deliver high caliber services to clients based all over the world.
We are active in China through our partner Horizons Corporate Advisory based in Shanghai, China and Turin, Italy. THE MANAGING DIRECTOR
Mr. Danny Luk, owner and Managing Director of Louis Lai and Luk CPA Limited, has more than 30 years' experience in the accounting industry in both Hong Kong and mainland China, with a particular expertise in tax investigation, appeal and planning. He is also the Senior Equity Partner of Horizons Corporate Advisory, an advisory company based in Shanghai with strong connections to Europe.
Prior to founding Louis Lai & Luk, he served as a Tax Assessor at the Hong Kong Inland Revenue Department for 11 years.
In addition to his professional background, he is a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and an Associate Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Horizons Corporate Advisory is a partner firm of Louis Lai & Luk, headquartered in Shanghai, China. Horizons is also established in Turin, Italy. Louis Lai & Luk is supported by the network of Horizons in our assignments in mainland China and Europe.
The company is primarily an advisory firm that focuses on transnational corporate transactions and their related aspects. Horizons is devoted to assisting domestic Chinese and multinational companies and investors in all legal requirements, transactions to close. Their client base is composed of enterprises and individuals primarily from Europe, Far East, Middle East and Russia.
